The family suite offered a comfortable space, perfect for us. Food was enjoyable, especially the classic fried fish, which was a hit with the kids. Entertainment was engaging, keeping everyone entertained throughout our stay. the hotel showed signs of aging, with some amenities needing updates. the pool was uncomfortably cold, making it difficult for the kids to enjoy as much as they wanted. Lastly, the staff's demeanor could use improvement as they seemed distant at times.

The hotel's position allowed us to easily stroll to nearby attractions like the vibrant Sunny Beach Amusement Park and the beautiful promenades around Cacao Beach Club and full of sights.

The balcony room offered decent space for our family, and the pool area was sizable enough for kids to play. The variety of ice creams available by the snack bar was a nice treat in the afternoons, making it a hit for the little ones.

The room's air conditioning barely cooled the space, making it uncomfortable during hot nights. I noticed that the cleanliness standards were lacking. there were spider webs and crumbs left under the bed upon our arrival and the bathroom wasn't attended to during our stay. Late-night entertainment blasted loud music until 23:00, making it impossible for our baby to sleep peacefully, making our evening routine quite frustrating.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short stroll from the beach and nearby shops. We were pleasantly surprised by the food, which included a delightful variety of fruits daily. The spacious pool area, perfect for families, catered to both relaxation and fun overall.

The animation team really engaged the guests, making the experience fun for the kids and adults alike.

The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, making it uncomfortably hot during our stay.

Dirty corridors and broken shower made stay unpleasant.

Clean rooms, decent food with multiple options, and lots of space around the pool made our family stay enjoyable.

I truly loved that the hotel provided a wide range of delicious food, including freshly made pancakes at the snack bar that the kids adored! The spacious Family Suite with an incredible view overlooking the pool made our stay so comfortable. Plus, the entertainment team was a hit, organizing fun activities like bingo for all ages, ensuring laughter and joy throughout our trip!
